Mini Dutch Mini Rally 2024 / 29 September2024Conditions Participation in the Mini Dutch Mini Rally 2024 costs € 195,-.
This price is for a crew of two persons.
In this price the following is included; participation in the rally with one team of 2 persons, reception with coffee and sweets at the start, lunch and dinner.
In addition, of course, two rally shields, the route books and a clear explanation afterwards.
The entry will only be accepted when the rally secretariat of the Dutch Mini Rally Foundation has received the digital entry form and the registration fee of € 195,-. Cancellation by entrant The total entry fee will be refunded: – To entrants whose entry is not accepted by the organization.
The total entry fee will be refunded: – To participants who notify the organization by email before 01-08-2024, 24:00 to withdraw their registration.
The entry fee will be partially refunded: – Full registration fee, minus 50% if the participant withdraws in writing after 01-08-2024 but before 01-09-2024, 24:00.
– If the participant withdraws the registration after 01-09-2024, 24:00, no refund of the registration fee will be made. Cancellation by organization If the event does not take place due to force majeure, the organization will refund 100% of the entry fee, minus expenses incurred at that time.
Force majeure is any event or circumstance beyond the control of the organizer, or other government-imposed measure, that prevents the event from taking place.
Should the event not take place because too few participating crews have registered (35 minimum), the organization will refund 100% of the entry fee, minus costs incurred at that time. Payment The full amount of entry fee must be paid upon registration.
Please arrange your own adequate travel and cancellation insurance. Release of liability The foundation, organizers and sponsors exclude any liability, for both direct and indirect damages of any kind.
The participants safeguard the foundation, organizers and sponsors against any claims by themselves or third parties. Privacy statement use of photo material The organization of the Mini Dutch Mini Rally may place photo material of the event on its social media channels.
This material will never show persons recognizable in the picture.
The organization is not responsible for images made by participants themselves and placed by them on their own social media accounts. E-mail address correspondence Attention!

Participants are responsible for communicating a change in this data themselves. Rallycheck app data Participating crews will be asked at registration to provide the phone number and email address used to download the app.
Changes to these data must be communicated by the participants themselves at dickvanlierop@hotmail.com.
Changing this data can be done until September 15, 2024 at the latest.
